We keep your data in our records for as long as you actively use the platform.
If your account remains inactive for 3 months, we may temporarily suspend it, and reactivation may incur a charge.
If your account remains inactive for 2 years, we will permanently delete your data, and it will no longer be stored on our servers.
You may request account deletion at any time via the portal.
