JobsAday, operated under its parent company ZAR Solutions, is an online job portal connecting job seekers, recruiters, and organizations. By using our website, tools, features, and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully to ensure compliance.

01. Eligibility Criteria

  • Users must be 13 years or older to use the platform.
  • Users under 18 may use a freelancer or company-linked account registered through their organization.
  • By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and comply with platform rules.

02. Account Security

  • Users are responsible for their login credentials and passwords.
  • Passwords must be changed at least once every 2 months.
  • Using authenticator methods is encouraged for added security.
  • JobsAday performs verification checks, but users must ensure their accounts are authentic.
  • Any misuse, loss, or damage due to unauthorized access is the user’s responsibility.

03. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse the portal by posting misinformation, spam, fake jobs, or offensive/unlawful content.
  • Interfere with JobsAday’s security, servers, or networks.
  • Share illegal content or sensitive information irresponsibly.

Violation may lead to account suspension, legal action, or termination.

04. Intellectual Property

  • All content on JobsAday, including logos, trademarks, and materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

05. Internal Chat & Messaging

  • Users are responsible for messages exchanged within the portal.
  • Misuse, abusive language, or illegal sharing may result in account suspension.

06. Data Responsibility & Consent

  • Users must provide accurate, truthful information for resumes, company profiles, AI-generated resumes, offer letters, and HRM records.
  • Users of the HRMS portal must maintain the privacy and accuracy of employee records and ensure compliance.
  • By using the portal, users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Users may receive marketing emails, notifications, and job alerts, with opt-out options provided.
  • Illegal payroll practices, fake employees, or non-compliant reporting are prohibited.

07. Payment Terms

Certain features and services on JobsAday may require payment (e.g., premium job postings, subscription-based HRMS services).

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made through secure and authorized methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and trusted third-party payment gateways available on the platform.
  • No Social Media Payments: JobsAday will never request or accept payments through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) or personal accounts. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
  • Currency: Payments are processed in PKR (for users in Pakistan) and/or USD (for international users).
  • Third-Party Transactions Disclaimer: JobsAday is not responsible for any payments, transactions, or financial agreements made directly between users, including but not limited to candidates, employers, recruiters, or HR professionals. Users engage in such transactions at their own risk, and JobsAday does not guarantee or mediate such payments.
  • Invoices: Payment confirmations and invoices will be sent to the user’s registered email address upon successful transaction.
  • Refunds: All payments are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific service agreement. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Authorization: By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all provided payment details are accurate and valid.

08. Account Suspension & Inactivity

  • Accounts engaging in fraudulent activity or posting misleading content may be suspended or terminated without notice.
  • Accounts inactive for 3 months may be temporarily suspended; reactivation may incur charges.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for 2 years may be permanently deleted.

09. Security Measures

  • JobsAday follows industry-standard security practices (encryption, SSL, GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA compliance).
  • Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential; JobsAday is not liable for unauthorized access caused by shared credentials.

  • We are not responsible for translation errors or misinterpretations.
