By using such features, you consent to the processing of relevant information required to generate AI-assisted outputs.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is intended to assist users and should be independently reviewed before making hiring, employment, or business decisions.

Where HRMS features are used, employers and authorized users consent to the processing of information necessary to support workforce management, including attendance, leave management, employee records, payroll-related information, internal communications, and operational reporting.

Employers are responsible for ensuring they have the authority and necessary permissions to provide employee-related information through the platform.

JobsAday may allow candidates and authorized users to create, upload, publish, and share Job Reels and other career-related video content through the platform.

By uploading or publishing a Job Reel, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share it.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
• You grant JobsAday permission to host, store, display, process, and make the content available to employers, recruiters, and other authorized users as part of the platform's recruitment services.

Employers, recruiters, and other users may view Job Reels made available through the platform for recruitment and hiring purposes. However, they are not authorized to upload, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise exploit candidate video content without the content owner's permission or other lawful authorization.

JobsAday does not provide or authorize any feature specifically intended to download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Job Reels outside the functionality provided by the platform.

Any downloading, screen recording, copying, reproduction, redistribution, storage, or sharing of Job Reels through third-party software, browser extensions, external applications, recording tools, or other unauthorized methods is performed solely at the user's own risk and responsibility.

JobsAday is not responsible for content that is copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or misused by third parties through methods outside the platform's control. Users who believe their content has been used without authorization may contact JobsAday for review and appropriate action.

JobsAday may provide event listings, registrations, networking opportunities, webinars, career fairs, and community-related features.

By participating in such activities, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of registration information.
• The sharing of relevant information with event organizers where necessary.
